Who We Are
Project Serve Beach is Austin’s longest running beach volleyball program and has been serving the Central Texas beach volleyball community since 2010.
Our home is located in the central park inside the Domain in North Austin. Our facility has four courts featuring 12,000 sq ft. of deep, soft sand, and offers championship style stadium lighting. The entire footprint is surrounded by industrial strength piping and netting to keep volleyballs from leaving the facility.
Since our first signees in 2014, we have committed 100% of our program graduates to NCAA D1 & D2 beach volleyball programs.
We’ve committed athletes to programs like Hawaii, ASU, GSU, FSU, SFA, Corpus Christi A&M and many more!
To date, our Alumni have earned almost $5,000,000.00 in athletic and academic scholarships at their respective universities to help pay for their educations!
Lastly, if you think your athlete isn’t tall enough to play in college, the average height of our NCAA commits is 5’ 5 1/2”! Beach could take your smaller, strong all-around player to college!
100 Commitment = 100% Sign Rate

Junior National Team
Our Domain Junior National Team program is for competitive 5th-12th graders and requires a tryout.
The program includes 2-3 practices a week, film sessions, college recruiting advisement and more.
Every athlete who is full time is eligible to compete at AAU’s at the end of the year. Our best athletes will be selected to represent our club at the annual BVCA.
We will also compete in local and regional U12-U18 competitions by strategically pairing our players for success locally.
We practice 3x a week. Tu/Thu 6-8 PM and Sunday 2-4 PM
For High Schoolers: $375 per month
For Middle Schoolers: $325 Per Month
If you want to compete in tournaments, there are local events almost every weekend throughout the year. We will run some as well! It is up to you to find a partner, register, and attend tournaments. We will help you do all of the above.
Many of the local events will be qualifiers for national championships. You will likely need another membership in order to sign up, for example: p1440, AAU, AVP America, Rox,or USAV. Those memberships do not come with your Project Serve registration.
Each year we will make a National Team Selection to participate in Junior Nationals. Championships normally happen throughout July, and mostly in California. This year Nationals will take place in July in Florida.
OUR COACHING STAFF
Project Serve Beach coaches are extremely high level beach volleyball players who are committed to working hands-on with the athletes to deliver custom made workouts designed to help them master the skills needed to be successful, as well as increase vertical jump and speed.
Whether your goal is to make the top team at school or indoor club, or to play beach volleyball competitively at the local or college level, PS can get you there!

Ryan has played indoor volleyball since 2014 and made the transition to the beach around 2018. He loves the sport and really loves to compete.
Ryan wants to live his life by Mark 10:45 which says that the “Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve”. Based on this, he is excited to dive into the juniors program as a way to make a positive impact and give back to the volleyball community.
